Health ESP in Tarkov
Health ESP lets you monitor enemy vitals instead of guessing from a hitmarker. Tarkov is a thorax game. If the chest is blacked, the next pellet ends the raid. If they just injected a stim, waiting two seconds is smarter than a wide swing.
What the numbers mean
Escape from Tarkov splits HP by zone. Thorax and head end the fight. Arms and legs can be blacked while the player still shoots. Health ESP that only shows a single bar is weaker than a thorax-first readout.
A scav on 20 thorax is a commit. A PMC who just used a grizzly and is hiding behind a bed is a wait. You still need ammo that beats their plate — that is armor detection, not HP.
Push, wait, or leave
Push when thorax is cracked and they have no time to heal. Wait when the overlay shows a stim or surgery animation and you hold the only door. Leave when a second health bar appears behind them — third party.
With skeleton and boxes
Use player ESP to find the body. Use skeleton to see if they are healing on the floor. Health is the commit signal. Do not stack all three at max opacity on a loot run.
Do not treat HP as a win
Low HP players still one-tap with AP to the face. Health ESP is a timer, not a shield. Pair it with a small-FOV aimbot if the fight is close.

FAQ
What does health ESP show in Tarkov?
Live HP on the player you tagged, ideally by body zone. Thorax and head matter most. Limb HP tells you if they can still sprint or aim.
Can a player with low health still kill me?
Yes. One face shot or a thorax dump still ends you. Low HP means they have less room to error. It does not mean you can ego peek.
Should health ESP show scavs?
Optional. Scav HP is usually obvious after one burst. PMC and boss vitals are the useful set. Hide scav numbers if the HUD is busy.
Does health ESP show stims?
Some overlays only show HP. If you see HP climbing fast, they healed. Skeleton pose (sitting, injecting) is the extra tell.
Is health ESP useful in Arena?
Yes. Rounds are short and there is no raid loot. Knowing who is one shot wins the retake. Loot filters can stay off.
